The official accommodation organized by the Organizing Committee of the 5th World Deaf Swimming Championships (WDSC 2019) will be in the “Paralympic Village” of the CPB – Centro Paraolímpico Brasileiro (Brazilian Paralympic Centre, in English), located on the Rodovia dos Imigrantes, s/n – Vila Guarani, 04329-100, São Paulo, Brazil.
The accommodation reservation request of National Deaf Sports Federation (NDSF) must be made by the online form (Google Form) at the following link: https://goo.gl/forms/YnkHxmN0hVrmUELu1 until 20 February 2019 (six months before the event).
This form is under the responsibility of the NDSF so that the Organizing Committee of the WDSC 2019 can issue an invoice of payment with correct value for reservation of the accommodation.
If participants from the same country arrival or departure on different dates, the NDSF must fill out this form more times with correct dates, that is, one form for each day of arrival or departure in São Paulo.
There will be a daily package cost for the participants of the WDSC 2019. The package cost is including: Accommodation, Full meals, Transportation between Airport and CPB and Surprise Gifts.
There are two types of rooms below:
– Two beds and one bathroom – WC;
– Six beds and two bathrooms – WC.
Note: Depending on the number of participants in the delegations and/or of availability of rooms, the members from different countries can stay in the same room.
